Recipe Ingredients for Spinach with garlic and yogurt

1000 grams Spinach
25 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Safflower
400 grams Yogurt
250 grams Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Spinach with garlic and yogurt

  1. Cook the spinach in boiled water, drain it and chop it finely.

  2. In a pot add the oil and crushed garlic. Wait a bit, then add the spinach.

  3. In a bowl mix the flower with the milk. Add it over the spinach. Stir well. Add the yogurt and leave to simmer until it starts boiling.

  4. If you like it more creamy, you can add more yogurt, or replace the yougurt with sour cream.

  5. It's done.

  6. You can eat it by itself, or as a side dish. I like to eat it with eggs - sunny side up.
