Recipe Ingredients for Spinach-Fruit Smoothie

1 cup Spinach
1 cup, thawed Strawberries
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Spinach-Fruit Smoothie

  1. use fresh or frozen blueberries, and strawberries.

  2. first add milk to blender for base, then add fruit, and on top add your preferred amount of spinach. Blend and Viola!
