Spinach, fruit and yogurt smoothie

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Fruit Smoothie

1 cup spinach
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup peaches

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Fruit Smoothie

  1. Put yogurt, banana, fruit in VitaMix. Add 1 cup spinach,approximately 1 cup ice cubes and 1/2 cup yogurt and/or cottage cheese. Can substitute Ricotta cheese.

  2. Start on variable speed, lowest setting. Increase to highest setting then switch to full power. Use tamper to push ingredients into blades.
