flat tummy smoothy. supposed to aid in detox and give energy! have all fruit pre-frozen.

Recipe Ingredients for spinach and fruit w/ginger and mint

3/4 cup pineapple
1 strawberry
1 tbsp avacado
1/3 pear
1/2 banana
2 bunches spinach
1 cup water
2 tsp mint
1 tbsp ginger

Recipe Directions for spinach and fruit w/ginger and mint

Place frozen fruit in blender. Add 1 cup water. Puree. Add remaining ingredients and spinach. Use more to thin if necessary. WARNING: it will be bright green :)
