Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Frittatta

1 cup egg beaters
2 egg whites
2 cups spinach
1/4 cup onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Spinach Frittatta

  1. Beat eggs. Steam spinach and onion. Add with one garlic clove, minced to mixture.

  2. Bake in oven at 350 for 10-20 minutes until top is golden brown.

  3. Can also be scrambled.
