Easy low calorie, low carb frittata for breakfast or lunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Frittata with feta cheese

3 eggs
1 cup egg whites
1 1/2 cups spinach
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 ounce feta cheese
1/2 tablespoon oil

Recipe Directions for Spinach Frittata with feta cheese

  1. Saute onions and minced garlic clove in oil.

  2. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

  3. Beat eggs. Mix with vegetables.

  4. Mash cream cheese and feta cheese.

  5. Heat frittata over medium heat on top of stove until medium set.

  6. Dot top of frittata with cheese mixture.

  7. Place under broiler until slightly brown and bubbly.
