Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Fritatta

2 eggs
1 cup spinach
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp grapeseed oil

Recipe Directions for Spinach Fritatta

  1. Scramble 2 eggs in a bowl

  2. Cut up 1 cup of spinach. Mix spinach in scrambled egg.

  3. Press 1 garlic clove in a press, and mix into the egg & spinach mixture.

  4. Heat pan on stove on medium-high. Put 1 tbsp of grapeseed oil on the pan.

  5. When pan is hot enough, pour egg mixture into pan, and scramble.
