10 cups spinach
1 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 cup egg whites
1 1/2 oz turkey
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Spinach Fritata Cups

  1. Perheat oven 350

  2. Grease muffin tins and/or fill with muffin liners

  3. Mix all ingredients together

  4. Spoon into muffin tin until each muffin is just filled

  5. Bake for 25
