Recipe Ingredients for spinach fratata

12 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
16 oz Baby Spinach
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup Beef-Style Recipe Grounds
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
8 oz Parmesan, Grated Cheese
8 oz Jarlsberg Swiss Deli Cheese
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for spinach fratata

saute onions and peppers in olive oil, put to side and let cool, wilt fresh spinach in 1 tsp olive oil. strain water out. ina bowl beat eggs with a fork add parmesan and jarlberg, stir until smooth add black pepper and all the other ingredients mix well. bake at 350 for 35 minutes
