Small round flat breads for sandwiches or turkey burgers. Eat plain with salt, too.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Flat Breads (Chipatis)

1 c spinach
2 Garlic cloves
1 c whole wheat flour
4 oz ricotta cheese
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsps Water

Recipe Directions for Spinach Flat Breads (Chipatis)

Chop spinach and mince garlic. Mix the first 5 ingredients. Add enough water to make a dough. Need for a minute or two. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, covered. Roll or pat out into rounds. Cook on a hot griddle or skillet sprayed with enough cooking spray to make them sizzle lightly. Cook until the breads are brown speckled on both sides.
