Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Feta-Stuffed Potatoes

4 large Baking Potatoes
10 oz frozen spinach
1/4 cup low-fat milk
1 scallion
1/2 cup feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Feta-Stuffed Potatoes

Bake the potatoes and remove flesh. Mix flesh of potato with spinach (thawed and drained),scallion,milk, and feta. Stir thoroughly and put mixture back into the potato shell. Bake 400 degree to warm through.
