Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Feta Quiche

6 oz. butter
3 cloves garlic
1 small onion
10 oz. frozen spinach
4 1/2 oz mushrooms
6 oz. feta cheese
4 eggs
1 cup milk, skim
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cold water
1 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Spinach Feta Quiche

  1. Prepare crust and pre-heat oven to 375 F

  2. Mix flour and salt together.

  3. Whisk oil and water, then combine into flour bowl.

  4. After together, push into a 9" quiche dish

  5. Saute garlic and onion in butter.

  6. Add spinach and mushroom to the pan.

  7. Last, add feta cheese.

  8. Spoon into crust.

  9. Whisk together eggs and milk.

  10. Pour into crust, making sure that the egg mixture and veges mix well.

  11. Bake for 50 minutes.

  12. Let set before eating.
