zone recipe, need to add 200grams low-fat feta or soy cheese thaw (i nuked it) the spinach then drain

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Feta PIE-zone

30 ounces spinach
2 teaspoons olive oil
3/4 cup onion, chopped
2 red bell peppers, chopped
6 black olives
1 egg
3/4 cup oatmeal

Recipe Directions for Spinach Feta PIE-zone

preheat oven to 350F. in large saute pan heat the oil over medium, add onion peppers olives spinach and garlic powder (i didnt use). Cook until most of the water is evaporated. In large bowl beat egg and crumble in cheese. Add spinach mix and set aside. To make the crust, put rolled oats in blender or food processor with steel blade and pulsse until oats are coarse but not a fine powder. Add 1/3 cup of the oats to spinach mixture. Spread remaining oats into bottom of 8" dish. Evvenly distribute spinach and cheese mixture over oats. bake for aprox 45 minutes or until PIE is firm to touch. Cut into 3 slices and serve with 1 cup of blackberries or blueberries
