Recipe Ingredients for Spinach feta frittata

4 eggs
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup feta cheese
2 cups baby spinach

Recipe Directions for Spinach feta frittata

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil to 10inch oven proof pan and saute garlic (and also not included above- mushrooms) and then cook spinach. Then add seasoned beaten eggs and season w/ salt/pepper/greek or italian seasoning. Add cheese. Turn heat low and cook for 10min, then pop into broiler until top of frittata is cooked,slightly browned to your liking.
