1 large egg
1 tbsp milk
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1 tbsp feta cheese
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Spinach & Feta Egg Breakfast Sandwich

Whisk egg and milk together. Pour into small nonstick pan spritzed with nonstick cooking spray. Add spinach, feta, salt and pepper to taste. Cook thorougly. Serve on toasted English muffin.
