Recipe Ingredients for Spinach & Feta Cheese Omelette

2 package (10 oz) Spinach
60 grams Feta Cheese
26 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 grams Parsley
298 grams Egg, White
2 large Egg, Whole
1/2 grams Pepper, Black
151 grams Sauteed Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Spinach & Feta Cheese Omelette

Combine all ingredients into one bowl, make sure you wilt spinach & sautee mushrooms for a few minutes then place in a bowl with other ingredients. Mix well together. Place in oven dish. Make sure your oven is at 200'C. Bake or Fan force for 30mins plus (up to you).
