3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.5 tbsp Salt, Table
11 grams Yeast
15 grams Sugars, Granulated
1 cup Spinach
0.75 cup Natural Crumbles Cheese Feta Cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach Feta Bread Dough

  1. Mix everything together.

  2. Don't knead

  3. Allow to rise for 2hrs

  4. Refrigerate (not airtight)

  5. For baking:

  6. Cut the piece, shape and let it rest for 90min

  7. Bake on a baking stone to 450F (Preheated)
