Fresh Spinach, blanched, topped with Mushroom, cheese, tomato saute. Seasoned with salt, pepper and butter if desired.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Egg White Saute

36 g Mushroom (1 lg sliced)
1 tsp butter
39 g Tomato (1/4 Md chopped)
3 cups Spinach (blanched)
1/4 cup Egg Whites
1/2 oz Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Recipe Directions for Spinach Egg White Saute

  1. In pan spray oil or use olive oil and place chopped mushroom, saute for 2 minutes, sprinkle with grated cheese, 1 minute, add egg white, as white set up then add chopped tomato. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. In another pan bring salted water to boil, add spinach cook for one minute, remove and drain.

  3. Put spinach in bowl or plate, top with pat of butter, if desired, salt and pepper. Then top with the egg mixture.
