Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Egg Scramble

1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 medium Egg, Whole
0.5 package (10 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3 tsp Margarine, Regular, Hard

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Egg Scramble

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk.

  2. Place all other items except cheese in a hot skillet and cook until heated.

  3. Pour the eggs over the vegetables.

  4. Salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Cover and cook until the eggs are almost set.

  6. Top with the cheese and let the eggs finish cooking.
