Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Egg breakfast casserole

2.5 serving 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
1 cup Egg Substitute, Liquid
8 oz Spinach
15 ea Restaurant Style Croutons
2.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Egg breakfast casserole

Spray the bottom of 9x13 oblong dish. Place croutons on the bottom. Drain and dry spinach extra dry. Mix all ingredients in large ziploc bag. Pour in dish and cook for 50-55 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve hot.
