low fat dip High in so many nutrients I have put as one serving so one can do measure in ounces if they like. Makes about 21/2 cups

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Dip

10 oz Spinach
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
8 fl. oz homemade yoghurt skim
1 large Egg, Yolk
2 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 fl oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic

Recipe Directions for Spinach Dip

  1. make sure spinach is well drained, nearly dry

  2. chop onions fine

  3. chop mushrooms fine

  4. blend,egg, vinegar, sugar and yoghurt in blender

  5. add yoghurt mixture to spinach

  6. Put this mixture through blender about 1/3 at a time

  7. Add spices if you want spicier. I iuse, pepper or mesquite spice

  8. cool in fridge.
