Spinach Dip. Makes 12 two tablespoon servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Dip

10 ounce frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh minced mint
1 cup reduced fat sour cream

Recipe Directions for Spinach Dip

  1. Drain spinach and press out all of the water until the spinach is very dry. Combine all the ingredients and mix by hand.

  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with crackers, breadsticks, vegetables, or pita wedges. Makes 12 two tablespoon servings.
