Low Cholesterol "Light" version of Spinach Dip Makes 12 1/4 cup servings

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Dip

10 ounces frozen chopped spinach , drained and excess water squeezed out
8 ounces no fat sour cream
8 ounces canola cholesterol free mayonaisse
2 servings (1 package) Lipton recipe secrets vegetable soup mix
8 ounces water chestnuts, chopped
3 scallions

Recipe Directions for Spinach Dip

  1. Stir mayonnaise and sour cream together until blended.

  2. Stir in dry soup mix.

  3. Fold in spinach, then water chestnuts.

  4. Cover and chill at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
