A reduced fat version of a classic. I just used fat-free sour cream and low fat mayo instead the higher fat versions. Serving size is just shy of 1/4 c.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Dip

1 c Low Fat Mayo
1 c Fat free sour cream
28 g Lipton Vegetable Soup mix
1 c spinach (squeezed)
8 oz chopped water chestnuts

Recipe Directions for Spinach Dip

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Refrigerate for about 2-3 hrs before serving.

  3. Serve with veggies or crackers.
