Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Dip

4 oz Waterchestnuts
227 grams Frozen Spinach
1 tbsp chopped Onions
120 grams Fat Free Sour Cream
128 grams Hellmann's light mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Spinach Dip

  1. Squeeze all water from frozen/raw spinach.

  2. Add all ingreadients and add to taste:

  3. garlic, salt, and any spices you like

  4. You can also cut down on mayoneze and ballance it with more 0% fat sour cream.

  5. Let sit in the fridge for next day or overnight so flavours melt together.
