Each of these recipies use different ingredients. although i tried to have it analyzed with the exact ingredients I used, it wont recognize. I used Kroger Fat free sour cream and Kraft Light mayonnaise and the totals are different. I also used Knorr Vegetable soup mix instead of Lipton. I don't like water chestnuts so they are ommitted. (Tip..some receipes call for FF yogurt but the fat free yogurt I found was higher carb then the sour cream.) I use on a Atkins/South Beach style diet and as a dip for vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach dip (modified for low-cal, low-carb)

12 oz frozen spinach
16 oz fat free sour cream
1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
40 g Soup, Lipton, Recipe Secrets Vegetable, Mix, Dry

Recipe Directions for Spinach dip (modified for low-cal, low-carb)

Mix all ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hours
