Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Dip Light

8 oz chopped fresh spinach, about 5 cups
1 oz shallot, minced
1/3 cup Hellman's light mayonnaise
1/2 t salt
5 oz water chestnuts
1 T parmesan cheese
1 T lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe Directions for Spinach Dip Light

  1. Chop spinach.

  2. Combine all ingredients.

  3. Stir together.

  4. Eat immediately, or chill.
