Delicious Low Fat Recipe! Serve on a bed of green beans and mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach & Date Stuffed Chicken

1 lb green beans
10 oz mushrooms
184 g onion
22 g garlic
2 g land o lakes light butter
1 2/5 oz Dates
200 g spinach
2 tsp ground cumin
51 13/20 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
51 g Jelly

Recipe Directions for Spinach & Date Stuffed Chicken

  1. 1.Heat the oven to 200C.. Cook the onion and garlic in a non-stick frying pan with seasoning for 5 minutes, then add the dates, spinach and half the cumin. Cook for another minute or two.

  2. 2. Cut the chicken breasts lengthways so they open like a book. Divide the stuffing between the breasts and put in a shallow baking dish. Rub the remaining cumin over the chicken and season.

  3. Heat the jelly, syrup or honey and drizzle over the chicken. Then bake on a bed of greenbeans and mushrooms for 50 minutes
