1 tbsp chopped Onions
4 clove Garlic
1/4 cup slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
19 fl oz Goat's Milk
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Spinach Curry

fry onion, garlic, ginger spices and sugar for 10 mins then add milk and immer for 20 mins then add spinach cook for 5 mins than serve with rice
