Recipe Ingredients for Spinach & Curly Kale with Bacon

200 g spinach
200 g kale
400 g tinned tomatoes
50 g bacon
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Spinach & Curly Kale with Bacon

  1. Wash, drain and chop the kale.

  2. Cut bacon into 1/4 " strips and fry in the oil until almost crisp. Add the onions and garlic and saute for 5 mins.

  3. Add the kale and spinach with onions, bacon, tomatoes and pepper.

  4. Cover and steam for 15 mins.

  5. Stir and serve.
