This is my families favorite spinach dish. It is quick to make and delicious to eat. Enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for SPINACH, CREAMED

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup skim milk
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt

Recipe Directions for SPINACH, CREAMED

  1. Melt butter in top of double boiler over low direct heat.

  2. Blend in flour until smooth and bubbly.

  3. Gradually add milk and cook, stirring until thickened.

  4. Add spinach.

  5. Cover and cook over boiling water, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes

  6. Season with garlic salt and pepper
