Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Cream of Mushroom Soup

120 g 0.5 cup Golden Mushroom Condensed Soup
2 cups Frozen Cut Leaf Spinach
2 minced garlic clove
1/4 onion
2/3 cup Vanilla
4 sprays Pam
4 tablespoons parmesan
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons fat free sour cream

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Cream of Mushroom Soup

  1. In a saucepan on medium to high heat, saute (using the butter spray) the minced garlic and onion until the onion is browned and giving off yummy aromas.

  2. Combine the thawed spinach, cream of mushroom soup, curry powder and almond milk in the same pan and bring it to a boil. Mix in the sour cream and bring to a simmer until thickened to your preferred consistency. Add the salt, pepper and garlic powder as needed.

  3. Serve while the soup is still warm and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the grated parmesan on top.
