Recipe Ingredients for Spinach with Cream Cheese

16 ounces spinach
3 2/5 ounces low fat cream cheese
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
115 grams 1% milk

Recipe Directions for Spinach with Cream Cheese

  1. ***Don't use the milk. I used this to replace the calories in the soup. Use 98% fat free cream of chicken soup (90 g) and some water instead.

  2. Preheat oven to 350

  3. Take off stems, clean spinach with cold water and soap them rinse.

  4. Cook spinach until wilted then add cream cheese, parmesan cheese, paprika, cayenne powder, salt and pepper.

  5. Mix all the ingredients and place in baking dish.

  6. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake for 25 minutes.
