Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Cobb Salad

1 slice extra lean turkey bacon
1 hard boiled egg
1/2 cup tomato
1 oz cooked chicken breast
2 tbsp avocado
2 tbsp gorgonzola cheese
2 tbsp baby corn
1 cup spinach

Recipe Directions for Spinach Cobb Salad

  1. Toss in all of the ingredients

  2. Add your favorite light dressing or a little of Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Aged Balsamic Vinegar and voila! A great, healthy, and filling lunch for under 300 calories!
