Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Chickpea Coconut Curry

12 oz Coconut Milk
1 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
1.5 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
400 grams Diced Tomatoes
3 cup Spinach
3 clove Garlic
1.5 tsp Curry Powder
1.5 tsp Turmeric, Ground
1 tsp Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Chickpea Coconut Curry

  1. Cook Rice

  2. Parboil Potatoes

  3. Combine all the ingredients in a pan. Bring to the boil, turn down the heat, cover and simmer for 30 mins. Serve with rice or pitta bread.

  4. Note--only 5 cloves, NOT 5 cups
