Not that good for you but delish omlette

Recipe Ingredients for spinach and cheese omlette

2 large eggs
1 tbsp light cream cheese
3 tbsp cheddar cheese
1 cup spinach
1/8 cup onion
1/16 cup green onion
3/4 oz bacon

Recipe Directions for spinach and cheese omlette

combine eggs and two tbsp of water. Heat skillet, spray with non stick. get really hot. put in eggs and water. wait until eggs start to bubble. take spatula and push from the sides into the center, dislodging all the non cooked eggs. Circle around egg, doing this four times. Let sit for 30 seconds. Do again. Immediately put mix onto eggs (any mixture of anything is good). Fold egg in half to cover mixture. Let sit for 30 second to 1 minute. Flip onto plate. Voila!
