Enchilada with cheese and spinach.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Cheese enchiladas

1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 large Onions
5 clove Garlic
10 oz Spinach
8 tortilla 8" Premium Flour tortilla 8ct
10 oz Old El Paso Sauce Enchilada Mild
1 container Cottage Cheese Lowfat 2% Milkfat
4 serving 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
2 large Egg, White
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Cheese enchiladas

preheat oven to 450. heal oil in skillet over medium heat. add onion, saute 3 minutes. add garlic and spinach, saute until dry. set aside. warm tortillas in microwave. Pour half sauce into a 13 by 9 baking dish. combine other ingredients in bowl. stir in spinach stuff. spread mixture in center of tortillas and put in enchilada dish. add the sauce. cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
