Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Cheese Egg Omelette

1 large egg
1 large egg white
1 tablespoon ICBINB! Light (Soft)
1/4 cup shredded cheese
85 g Baby Spinach Salad

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Cheese Egg Omelette

  1. Spray skillet with oil. Saute baby spinach until cooked and set aside.

  2. Separate the white from one egg and toss the yolk. Add another (whole) egg and whisk until well-mixed. Add a pinch salt and pepper if desired.

  3. Turn on stovetop to medium-high, add one tablespoon of ICBINB! Light (or butter, if you prefer) to pan. Pour in egg mixture evenly, cover with lid.

  4. Flip the omelette after about 1 minute, it should be golden brown on one side. Add spinach on just half of the omelette and sprinkle with cheese. Flip the other half of the omelette over to cover the filling.

  5. Serve and enjoy while hot! Tip: This omelette tastes amazing when topped with salsa! :)
