1 cup Spinach
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
50 grams Chickpea Flour (Besan)
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Spinach Chapati

boiled spinach leaves in little water, drain water and grind the spinach to a paste. Mix whole wheat flour, chickpea flour, spinach paste, red chilli powder salt and make a dough. Roll out pancakes and roast on griddle on both sides with dash of oil...roast for 3 mins...
