Spinach casserole thats really easy and definitely does not taste like diet food. Tastes like comfort food, but its healthy!

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Casserole

10 oz Spinach, cooked & chopped
15 oz ricotta cheese
4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
5 egg white
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp lemon pepper

Recipe Directions for Spinach Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat 9 inch round baking dish with cooking spray

  2. Combine spinach, ricotta, feta, egg whites, basil. and lemon pepper seasoning in large bowl

  3. Bake one hour until set and browned around edges
