0.5 large Onions
1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots
5 oz Potato, Flesh And Skin
0.5 cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for Spinach Cakes

Add all ingredients to bowl of a food processor. Blend until creamy and smooth. Spoon batter onto a griddle or fry pan and cook like pancakes until thoroughly cooked on both sides
