Healthy burgers with tons of flavor

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Burgers w/ Blue cheese

1 pound ground beef
2 cups spinach leaves, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
6 whole wheat English muffins, split in half
3 ounces blue cheese
6 slices tomato

Recipe Directions for Spinach Burgers w/ Blue cheese

Mix meat with spinach, onion, salt, pepper, egg and brown rice. Form 6 patties and broil for 5 minutes on each side. Cut blue cheese into 6 slices and place on bottom half of English muffin. Top with the burger and tomato. Place the other half of muffin & serve.
