Recipe Ingredients for Spinach-Broccoli Pizza

5 serving Pizza Crust Mix
1/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Garlic Powder
4 cup Spinach
3/5 large Onions
1 clove Garlic
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
8 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1/2 cup Pizza Sauce Traditional

Recipe Directions for Spinach-Broccoli Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees farenheit.

  2. Prepare pizza crust as directed on package, with the addition of stirring in garlic powder to the mix. Use the flour to flour your kneading surface.

  3. While dough is rising, saute vegetables on medium heat until spinach is wilted and onion is glossy.

  4. Spread dough into a pan and sprinkle on the toppings, including cheese.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is lightly brown and cheese is melted.
