Vegetarian Lasagna with low carb lasagna noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Broccoli Lasagna

16 ounces Tomato Sauce
12 ounces Newmans Own Tomato Basil Sauce
8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese
7 ounces Soft Silken Tofu
2 cups Baby Spinach
1 cup Broccoli
4 1/2 ounces dreamfields lasagna

Recipe Directions for Spinach Broccoli Lasagna

  1. Boil 4 quarts water and cook lasagna noodles until just soft

  2. mix tofu with fork, adding italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic

  3. preheat oven at 350

  4. layer tomato sauce, lasagna, tomato sauce, tofu, broccoli and spinach and lasagna and repeat. Add mozzarella on the top of final layer.

  5. Heat in oven for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted
