A breakfast burrito with ham, spinach and mozzarella

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Breakfast Burrito

32 oz Egg Substitute, Liquid
2 cups Baby Spinach
2 oz Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz Deli Select Ham
5 flatbread Light Flatbread Wraps

Recipe Directions for Spinach Breakfast Burrito

  1. heat pan on medium and add ham and baby spinach until spinach is slightly wilted

  2. Add eggs

  3. scramble eggs together with ham and spinach

  4. Add shredded mozzarella and finish scrambling

  5. Add 1/2 cup of mixture to each wrap and fold into a burrito

  6. Store in the freezer for future use
