Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Breakfast Bread

1 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoons fresh chopped thyme
1 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
5 eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced

Recipe Directions for Spinach Breakfast Bread

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl, set aside. In another bowl, whisk eggs and butter with a fork. Add spinach and cheese to egg mixture. Fold in dry ingredients. Pour into a buttered baking pan. Bake 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
