Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Bread

1 Eggs
3 Egg Whites
10 oz Frozen Spinach

Recipe Directions for Spinach Bread

  1. Whisk about three eggs up and then add the spinach, in small amounts, until it forms a mostly-spinach mixture. As you go along, add eggs AS NEEDED (probably less than the recipe calls for). You?ll want your mixture to be mostly spinach held together by eggs. More eggs = more density of bread. Cook in an oven at 400 degrees for 15 in an 8x8 pan and cut when cooled, or in a waffle iron.

  2. Using 1/2 cup of batter in a frying pan makes a patty about 3 inches across.
