a tasty side dish for pastas, pizza, or use as a substitute for rolls at your next feast!

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach bread

3 cup(30 g) Spinach
4 serving Pizza Buddy pizza dough
3 serving it
2 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Garlic Garlic Seasoning Blend
1 tsp Oregano Leaves
1 serving Cooking Spray 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Spinach bread

  1. Preheat oven according to directions on pizza dough package.

  2. roll out half a bag of 16oz pizza dough into a large rectangle. (use small amount of your favorite flour to prevent sticking to counter or rolling pin)

  3. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with olive oil.

  4. layer garlic, cheese and spinach on the dough to your taste or rolling ability.

  5. roll up dough longways and place seam side down on cookie sheet.

  6. Spray top of roll with olive oil for browning. sprinkle with garlic seasoning and oregano if desired.

  7. Bake according to directions on pizza dough package or until brown and cheese is melted
