Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Black Bean Soup

2 cup of Black Beans
1 cup Tomato (Diced)
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1 1/2 cup Spinach
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Black Bean Soup

  1. In a medium sized pot, add 2 cups of black beans (one can), 2 cups of water and cube of bouillon. Than add the chopped onion and tomato. Let boil for 20 minutes or until onion and tomatoes are tender.

  2. When done boiling turn off heat and add spinach, stir to wilt.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
