3 cups spinach
1 cup basil
3 tablespoon onion
4 tablespoon 100% Liquid Egg Whites
60 g Hotdog, Plain
60 g Celery Sticks
1/2 cup chicken
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon Chili Sauce
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
